the death of Christ thankful for His pain, thankful for the loss that reminds me that this time is just temporary and without His loss of life I have no life.

8. For scribbled coloring pages and giggles
9. For chocolate frosting birthday smiles
10. For the goal and the training plan and the running that helps me forget for just a little while the heart pain and focus on the finish line
